A Bacaro is a traditional wine bar
that you will find off the beaten track in Venice;
there they serve Cicchetti, small dishes
of tapas style homecooked food, using fresh market
produce, usually accompanied by a small glass of wine,
which the locals refer to as an "ombra " (shadow)
We specialise in quality cicchetti, main courses &
also serve an extensive breakfast menu from
10.30 - 12.30 Saturdays & Sundays
Aswell as set lunch & dinner menus.
We stock well considered wines of the world & have
the largest cellar on Merseyside of wines from small
producers from Northern Italy. We have a large
number of wines by the glass offering 125ml,
250ml, 500ml carafes & of course bottles

steak of which there were pink centered tender slices
aplenty & to the salmon which was again of generous
top notch proportions.Very good value,
